Woke up one day to a little water around the water tank. Had no clue who to call. Empire had just moved their business close to our home, so I called. Explained the issue, was told of possible problems. They came, explained the problem in better detail based on site, and gave a quote. We agreed, and set up an appointment. After everything was installed, we were explained to what was done, and what to keep an eye on, and what to do if something arises. When the whole install was done we paid less than the original quote. So from now on if we have another plumbing issue we will be recalling Empire State Plumbing, as you should. Greg Pinchook
