Tom is the owner of Empire State Plumbing. His first plumbing job was as a drain cleaner where he realized he liked solving plumbing problems for people and the tools were great. Born in Troy, NY, he decided to move back to the Capital District and help those in Albany and Saratoga Springs with their water heater repair and installation. He knew he and his family would be happy. Tom knows people are looking for quality plumbers and he offers this to his clients to not only make them happy but to also ensure he leaves a positive legacy for his children to carry on.
What do you love most about Empire State Plumbing?
It’s a huge and rewarding challenge running a plumbing company in the capital region. I love leading the team and being a part of something that helps people on a daily basis.
Who is someone you admire and why?
My dad was self-employed most of his life. He taught me how to be a responsible and dedicated hard worker. I believe like he did, that we should never quit.
What are the best skills you bring to the job?
My dedication, persistence, thoroughness, and the fact that I’m easy to get along with.
Here are before and after pics of a commercial water heater Empire State Plumbing replaced at Starbucks in Guilderland. Same model, but the old unit was leaking. That's one of the signs that it's time for a replacement!
