Ryan called Empire State Plumbing because his shower was leaking from the pipes.  After a thorough inspection, our technician found that the shower faucet and drain kit was in need of replacement.  After Ryan approved our pricing, we made the necessary repairs using the existing openings in the ceramic tile, and his issue was resolved.

After a thorough inspection, the technician provided the customer with upfront pricing, which was approved before beginning the work. The damaged section of the pipe was expertly replaced, and water service was fully restored to the building the same day. Judy called us because the company she worked for was having frequent backups happening in their restroom.  She called Empire State Plumbing to come and clear the lines and figure out a solution to the problem.  After diagnostics, we determined that the drain lines needed to be cleared and that one of the toilets had a very weak flush which likely caused the backups.  We suggested replacing the toilet with a new pressure assisted toilet and jetting the lines with a high-pressure water hose called a Hydo jet. Judy approved pricing and we replaced the toilet the same day and cleared the line.  Judy and her co-workers can now rest easy knowing their issue is resolved and she will call us for all their future needs.
